I don’t know…back then in 2004-05, Ocean Dr. was popping till like 5am. Even the Clevelander was open 24/hrs if I remember correctly. Regardless, the strip was still crowded and jumping. Not like today where the cops shut everything down and clear the streets by like 3:30. If all this shit with tables, chairs, 20-30 guys, 7-8 cars screeching up, heavy commotion and fighting was going on, the cops out there would have been locked everyone up. They are always out there on Ocean Dr. I call Capri Sun!!
