Cubs fans give Len Dykstra beer shower in 1988 

In the seventh inning of the first night game at Wrigley Field (you'll recall the originally scheduled first night game was rained out), Mets center fielder Len Dykstra received an unexpected gift from the bleacher bums. After failing to catch a fly ball off the bat of Jody Davis, Dykstra got soaked by a beer that surely spilled out of a fan's hand accidentally. The play resulted in a double, with Rafael Palmeiro scoring from first.
