I've made this, and let me just say, it is the best cleanser/moisturizer I've ever used. I didnt add any preservative so I'm trying to use it up quickly before it goes off. I didnt quite had enough cucumber juice so I topped it off with rosewater and it smelt divine. 110% recommend. Thank you so much for this recipe!!
I only used ounces as that is how the original recipe was written (and most digital scales do both grams and ounces). Whenever there is a measurement in an old recipe that I want translated to something else, I just use google. It will often give you the conversion or at least give you a site that can easily given measurement conversions. You can translate the ounce weights to grams, and then turn the fluid ounces into something like mL. Typically these old recipes measure liquids by volume and everything else by weight. No, I took the recipe directly out of the book I showed at the beginning of the video. I just looked up her version and they are quite similar although from different decades. There doesn't tend to be a lot of variation between cold cream recipes :)
