Full recipe:
2 cucumbers
3 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 red onion, sliced and broken into rings
1 tsp dry dill, optional
Directions:
1. Rinse and scrub cucumbers.
2. Thinly slice cucumbers into circles
3. Place vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix until sugar is dissolved
4. Add cucumbers and onion and toss well
