Hoping to get help. Bought a replacement shaft for my old Muecci that is a sliver over an 1/8 of an inch too short for the pin on my butt. How can I get this fixed on a limited budget? Any advice is appreciated.

Love the videos I am having a very hard time finding a modified 3/8 10 pin tap as I don’t have a fancy set up like you my machine is much simpler so I usually use a regular type tap all I can find a regular 3/8 10 where do you find the modified pin tap

I was frustrated shooting the other day and twisted my shaft way too hard to where now the wooden threads on the inside of my lucasi uni loc shaft just slides on and off. Is there a way to fix that or is it just trash now?

I would wait to ream the hole until after the threads are cut
