For in person, I also like using hands on cues when possible. Sometimes it can be quick and easy to just put the person where you want them and then say "do that."
Lol yes, cues are often just lying to the athlete, which leads them have a false understanding and give others shitty advice. Just tell em what should happen and if the can't make it work go from there.
literally used this today wit ha client. Novice/Gen pop, relatively unstable and unexperienced squatter. He was unstable as hell. Told him to keep his feet flat and focus on nothing else. Fixed.
Hi Will, I hope you are doing well. I've been taking the advice you gave in one of your older videos and have been doing a lot more push ups or push up variants. My question is, is there any benefit to raising your feet to 50cm/20inch, or does this put the shoulder in awkward position? Elevating my feet is what I do right now and I do the push ups with added weight mind you (30lbs plate on my back), I would love to hear your expert opinion on this. (The push ups you did in your own video you only had your feet raised to the level of the kettlebells you where using as push up bars)
