Bahan bumbu :
50 gram bawang putih ( sudah dikupas kulitnya )
40 gram bawang merah ( sudah dikupas kulitnya )
2 - 3 batang daun bawang prei ( ambil bagian putihnya )
40 gram udang ( sudah dikupas kulitnya dan dibuang kepalanya )
100 ml air
75 - 100 ml minyak goreng
1 sdt merica bubuk
3 sdm saos tiram
2,5 sdm kecap ikan
2 sdm kecap asin
1/2 sdt vetsin ( penyedap rasa )
1 sdm minyak wijen
1 sdm margarin
Bahan nasi goreng :
1,5 - 2 piring nasi putih yang sudah dingin
1- 2 batang daun bawang prei
1 cabe merah besar dibuang bijinya
2 batang bunga bawang
1 butir telur
2 sdm minyak goreng
2 sdm bumbu
1/4 sdm gula pasir
1/4 sdt vetsin ( penyedap rasa )
1/4 sdt garam
3/4 - 1 sdm kecap manis
Potongan wortel secukupnya
Kacang polong secukupnya
Potongan cumi segar secukupnya
Udang segar secukupnya
Bahan mie goreng :
2 keping mie kering ( untuk 2 porsi )
1 ikat sawi hijau
Irisan cabe rawit secukupnya
Potongan sosis secukupnya
2 butir telur
2 - 3 sdm bumbu
2 - 3 sdm minyak goreng
2 batang daun bawang prei
2 batang bunga

1/4 sdm gula pasir
1/4 sdt vetsin ( penyedap rasa )
1/4 sdt garam

Bahan tambahan lainnya :
Acar mentimun atau wortel secukupnya

Seasoning ingredients:

40 grams of shallots (peeled)
2 - 3 stalks of leeks (take the white part)
40 grams of shrimp (peeled and heads removed)
100 ml of water
75 - 100 ml of cooking oil
1 tsp pepper powder
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2.5 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp MSG (flavoring)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp margarine
Fried rice ingredients:
1.5 - 2 plates of cold white rice
1- 2 stalks of leeks
1 large red chili, seeds removed
2 stalks of onion flowers
1 egg
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tablespoons seasoning
1/4 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp MSG (flavoring)
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 - 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
enough carrot pieces
peas to taste
fresh squid pieces to taste
fresh shrimp to taste
Fried noodle ingredients:
2 pieces of dry noodles (for 2 servings)
1 bunch of green mustard greens
Sliced cayenne pepper to taste
Sliced sausage to taste
2 eggs
2 - 3 tablespoons seasoning
2 - 3 tablespoons cooking oil
2 stalks of leeks
2 stalks of onion flowers
1/4 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon MSG (flavor enhancer)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 - 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
