Ingredients for 4 people:
1 liter of Vegetable Broth (Celery, Carrot, Onion, 4 Cherry Tomatoes, Parsley, Asparagus Stems)
400 g of Carnaroli rice
300/400 g of Wild Asparagus
4 leaves of fresh basil
1 Clove of Garlic
1 shallot
80 g of Butter
50 g of grated cheese
1 glass of dry white wine
EVO Oil, Salt and Pepper a.s.
