As someone who's lived just outside Seattle for 40 years the only surprise to me about Jim's show getting cancelled on Capitol Hill was that Capitol Hill even pretended to allow comedy to begin with. For anyone unfamiliar, Capitol Hill was not just where CHOP/ CHAZ was, but it's always been a place where a lot of people in the LGBTQ community have lived. They didn't congregate on Capitol Hill to push their lifestyle on people either, if anything they just wanted to be left alone. It used to basically be gay people and heroin addicts on Capitol Hill. Over the past 20 years rich Leftist tech workers have been moving to Capitol Hill and with it brought militant "progressive" values. You couple militant, rich progressives with this new entitled LGTBQ community, and you create an environment where tolerance is not tolerated. I'm straight but used to party on Capitol Hill often because the bars and clubs were fun. Now with all the crime and overt Leftism I avoid Seattle as a whole like the plague.

Having been to the Tacoma Comedy Club a few times, it's great hearing that Dave is familiar with the area. And it absolutely checks out that Jim's humor would fly in "Grit City" when it doesn't in Capitol Hill.
You guys should invite Drea de Matteo on! She’s doing the podcast circuit and is actually pretty based. Did OF because she couldn’t get work in Hollywood being unvaxxed. She’s been very open about everything.

I live in Seattle, unfortunately. Capital hill is the LGBTQAIXYZLMNOP neighborhood. You guys never had a chance in a club in that neighborhood. It is so pathetic, this city used to be amazing. Unfortunately, it has become a woke shit hole. It’s following in San Francisco’s footsteps. There are homeless everywhere. Half of the businesses downtown have left. The taxes are through the roof. It is so sad.
Angela used to be such a babe, (with all due respect, and love) shes still hot, but getting older...Dave and .25 Black Garrett have vasty different attitudes towards comedy, Dave is Blue, and grimey....Garrett is soft, and nerdy, and has a soft heart - Garrett (from Compound Media) is great Ryan is a horrible comedian IMO
