it seems floods in wales have been happening on a larger scale than what we have seen recently, for a long long time , there ate also reports in archives of floods of an unprecedented event in papers dating back years ,geologists see evidence in sediment of major floods throughout history , cumbria may also have this happen

just watching on TV , in many places historic flood evidence is being ignored , some places have been flooding for hundreds of years but many reports of flood risk only look back 50 or so years very interesting report on BBC

Two 1 in 200 year flood events... in a week. Vote Tory, sack firefighters and keep fracking. Lets get it up to 3 in a week!

Pete Howson LOL fracking does not cause climate change and there is no evidence to show as such. Fracking may cause some instability in the subterranean environment but it doesn't have anything to do with rainfall. Mankind are about to learn they are governed by nature they do NOT govern nature.
