I bought the P4500i recently and I love it! It’s quiet for being a 4500 Watt! The fuel efficiency is damn good and the remote start and push button start is really nice as well. I was originally in the market for a Honda but was told to look into the Onin and I’m glad I did. The overall cost and reliability has made it worth it. If you’re like me and have a 5th wheel or camper and need a generator, I would highly recommend looking into this generator. Again, I have the gas one, not the duel fuel. Big fan!!

@@hrushikeshtripathy8877 I paid $1100 after tax on mine. There are some deals that might get you closer to $1000 online. Considering the cost of an equivalent Honda generator or buying two 2,000 watt Honda generators for $1000 a piece and running them in series, this is the best bang for your buck in my opinion. People that I frequently travel with use a Predator and a Champion and they do a great job as well however the Onin is MUCH quieter and the fuel efficiency is better on the Onin. Not to mention the remote start is nice. I don’t think you can ever go wrong with a Honda but for the price, the Onin is tops.

I got one the 9500 only way it will run off of gas to to start it with propane and then switch it over to gas it a real pain

Get the carb cleaned, it’s prolly dirty and running lean

We purchased one of these because of the Cummins Onan reputation and because is a DUAL FUEL but!, it is a shame that a company like Cummins is selling these branded generators! the Westinghouse same power is exactly the same! they are much louder than they say, out of the box it will not run on gas as the meddle on the carb is stuck from been dry before is sold! first thing it goes bad - and only with just a few hours - is the "stupid" stepper motor for the carb choke! after so many start/stop during use. then one has to take it to one of their "Authorized service center" who makes you wait forever to get it fixed! not to add that after only about 50 to 60 hours of use the motor/engine will burn oil!! My 22 Year old Yamaha 6600 runs perfect and it does not have starting issues or any oil consumption! If i was in charge of the "portable Generator" division, i would never get someone other factory to make it for Cummins/Onan! oh, and forget it if you decide to anchor it to a spot where your RV is not moved! if you need warranty one would need to go through the trouble of removing it to drive it to a "service center" that they don't have in every area near by, some are over 130 miles round trip. By the way . they are "made in Taiwan"
