I've been applying but i keep getting rejected. I would really like to become part of this company, who do I have to talk to show I'm a qualified candidate?
Cummins has outsourced to China and India since the 60’s. They started out in America. Huge company with huge overhead. Too big to get out of it’s own way.
At 2:21 she states that compressing the air coming into the engine allows more fuel into the engine. This is incorrect. It allows more air (which contains the oxidizer, O2) into the cylinder. The fuel (diesel) is added thru the high pressure injectors directly into the cylinder. Looks like the engineering department doesn't review the marketing copy.
They all ready do that’s what the 903 v8 was for the military, normally a 4 stroke but some were converted to 2 stroke ( 4 valve loop scavenged) for tanks
i see a block wich a laser can burn ports though, i have many gallons of 2 stroke oil to use in these engines, makes for a nice poppet valved 2 stroke, hehe
