Shorts like these put Pixar and Walt Disney animated movies to shame. You know, this could be the basis for a fantasy series, whether comics or animated. Set in a fantastical world after an apocalypse, continents become large and small island chains, with a combination of tech, alchemy, supernatural and nature.

i was so focused on the gorgeous animation and coloring that it took me til the end to realize they were in a post-apocalypse of some sort and watched a second time to look at the wonderful world-building that happened with scenery alone, amazing job

Quite an ironic comment since how the movie presents technology (new floating architecture), transportation (floating houses), drugs (ladies smoking in the back). The movie doesn't present life without technology, but with a better more advanced one. Technology doesn't sum up to screens and cyberpunk vibes (: !
