Clarity and much more information needs to be provided by cunard regarding what is included with the fare and not leave customers in the dark and receive an expensive surprise. Cunard need to be transparent and honest. Cruise ships are a joke and people will find out too late. American currency American tips and gratuities that will cost individuals more than the fare. Soft drinks and coffee is not included, coffee and tea is only included with the meals to dine elsewhere on the cruise is additional cost, indoor spa is additional cost any experience that one would assume to receive is additional cost.
