my question is,on the days you do alternate day fasting,what does your eating window look like? and also can you eat keto snacks like the NO SUGAR COMPANY KETO BARS AND BOMBS? i like them but i dont want to over do it as the ingredients are alot! what do you think of keto dessert and overdoing them! 😂😂😂
Salam sister. Thank you for trying this challenge with me. I don’t really have a window. I just listen to my hunger cues. At first it would be from 10am to 10pm. But now it’s like 8am to 6pm. I’ve noticed that the earlier I start fasting the better. So I don’t sleep on a full stomach. As for keto dessert, I still enjoy them as you can see at the end of this video. They’re not the best but when you eat every other day, it doesn’t hurt to eat some food that you crave in moderation. And if they’re keto than why not. I hope I answered your questions
