Hi… this is a very nice home but in order to get buyers interested you need to remove a lot of the stuff in the home or at least stage it better… For instance there should be little to nothing on the counter tops except maybe a nice plant and a paper towel with a coffee make or kettle. The master bedroom has too much going on. It should be clean up a little more without all that extra stuff. Sometimes less is more.. I understand that it’s currently occupied but there is too much clutter that detracts from the actual architecture of the inside as well as the space. Remember at the end of the day you are trying to get someone to envision the possibility of living in that space. For almost 2M asking price, you all can afford to spend a little of staging it better🙏. JMO….
