On campuses it is not harassment, intimidation or destruction of property, or interfering with the campuses' ability to function. Because the people in the wrong are not supported, funded and protected by basically all the governments of the most powerful nations, that's why. The reason why people feel very strongly about this conflict is because they see a clear aggressor that has been doing whatever they want forever and no government around the world is saying/doing anything about it.
