Ingredients for one cup cake (You can double the quantity for 2, triple for 3 and so on.)

Egg 1/2 ( beaten)
Powdered sugar (Not Icing sugar) 2.5 Tbsp
All purpose flour 3 Tbsp
Full cream milk 3 Tbsp
Butter / Cooking oil 2 Tbsp
Vanilla essence 1/4 Tsp
Baking powder 1/2 Tsp
Salt 2 Pinches

Cocoa powder 3/4 Tsp
Dark & sweetened cooking Chocolate 2-3 Cubes of an inch

Recipe
----------
- Beat the egg
- Add all ingredients in the egg - Beat them well to merge all ingredients - To avoid lumps, strain the batter
- Pour the batter in a mug or cup
- At full speed of microwave oven, bake for one minute only
- Cup Cake. Mug Cake is ready to serve
Note: you can store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days & heat it for a few seconds in microwave oven. It will again become soft & moist.
Tips:
- Follow all the tips mentioned and described in the video for perfect Cup Cake, Mug cake in Microwave
- For some reason, if results are not same as described and shown in the video and cakes become hard. The solution is that you can moist them with 1-2 tbsp of hot milk or sugar syrup and heat in the oven for 30 sec.
