There are a total of 40 coins available in Cuphead as follows:
- 1 coin in the tutorial
- 3 coins by talking to the NPC on the bridge at the beginning
- 30 in Run 'N Gun Levels (6 levels with 5 coins each)
- 1 hidden coin in World 1 (in the tree near the center after completing this world)
- 1 coin awarded by the doughnut girl NPC in World 2 for completing the shortcut in this area (behind the birdhouse around the back of the mountain)
- 1 coin awarded by the juggler NPC for completing at least 4 parries without touching the ground. View "Bouncing Ball" achievement for more information on how to achieve this.
- 1 hidden coin in World 2 (Near the center, you will see a series of 3 trailer with a coin located behind the blue/green trailer)
- 1 hidden coin in World 3 (Near the Cala Maria boss battles, located against the wall behind a small building in the area behind the Porkrind's Emporium)
- 1 hidden coin in the Casino (To the left near the stairs)

One trick, when you're in a Run 'n' gun collect around three coins and then click *Exit to map* The coins will remain in your inventory. This only works once on each map, so you cannot redo it and farm.

You don’t have to finish every boss in World 2 For the Donut girl to give you a coin, you can go behind the mountains and go back to her, once you do, she’ll thank you for finding her a shorter way around the isle.

I made this for me but I hope this helps others as well 1- tutorial 3- first npc 30- run n’ gun 1 -donut npc for connecting bridges 1 -juggler npc for 4 parry’s without touching the ground 4- find a coin on each island and casino

I have to add 2:22, I traced everywhere prior to when I went back to World 1, so of course, this was actually the last hidden coin I found, and thanks to this video, as although I did already cover this exact area, the friendly axe head character would have been blocking my path...

For the juggler's coin, I went into Funfair Fever and did a combo parry on one of the pink balloons; not only did I get the coin, I also got the Bouncing Ball achievement.

Another easy way to get the juggler's coin is to go into Funfair Fever and try to pull off a rapidfire parry one of the pink balloons. Then finish the level and talk to the juggler, and he'll give you the coin. Heck, I even got the Bouncing Ball achievement from that.

anyone that is struggling with the last coin he did say it but, the cupcake lady only gives you the coin if you walk all the way around the secrete passage behind the birdcage behind her(Aviary action) just keep walking, wall all the way around, come back talk to her and you'll get it..

The donut girl’s achievement doesn’t require you to unlock the bridges. As long as you have the bridge to the dragon, walk behind the castle and keep left. This is because she mentions shortcuts, and this is the shortcut for Inkwell Isle 2. I only had 1 left to get and was practically ripping my hair out. But thanks for the guide.

I found my last coin on accident walking around the trailer on isle 2 without looking at the screen right before the video told me I was there! I talked to the juggler, held down on the controller, started the video again, and then the coin popped up on the screen lol.
