In case you are wondering why I didn't attack Beppi when his donkey was green, it's because his position is slightly lower than the yellow one, making it almost impossible (for me) to consistently parry him and dash away to safety. It made the fight way slower than it should have been, but attacking him from below is the only viable method as far as I know. :(
He's not as bad as you think. With enough practice, you can defeat him without even taking a single hit. Try to learn from your mistakes, think about what hit you and how you could have avoided that. Soon, you'll be a pro at this game.
i only just now noticed Beppi suffers from "sprite flipping" as i and a few other people call it... The red half of his face is always facing the camera... flips from being his left side of his face to being his right...
The intended use of this item is to skip minibosses in run'n'gun levels without taking damage, so you can get an A/A+/S rank as P rank. You can use it at werner to not use jump pad or at devil to jump on those devils
Ive played killed every boss by using one weapon every time, and if you want a challenge, fight grim matchstick only using spread shot If you can do it i will be impressed

So does Grim not have an active hit box if you behind and you still have clouds to stand on, or is that just a thing in the pre-patch days. Has it been patched?

Powerate You can parry multiple times,but you only can 1 time with whetstone (With whetstone you can parry multiple times without touching the floor,but you only can HIT 1 Time without touching the floor)

As you can see from 15:58 onwards, his second and third phases' hitbox have a spot where you can attack him without getting hit, so yeah, it's actually possible and not that hard.

it isn't like pokémon which your entire fight is almost determined by RNG and can take even like 30 minutes and it's not like mario which you can't possibly die easily if you have enough skill. in this game the bosses are max 3 minutes long (not counting last two) and most of the songs are already 3 minutes long. if you loop the music in the game then congratulations because that's a great achievemeent, to live that much
