Bungong jeumpa (cempaka flowers) is a beautiful traditional song from Aceh which sung with the configuration.. I prefer watching the dance configuration and traditional songs parade to the opening by the president.. Your reaction is very nice tyvm
I'm not really know about Aceh language, I'm Sundanese not Aceh, but the song lyrics tells about "Bungong Jeumpa" means "Jeumpa Flower", and the lyrics like this: Bungong Jeumpa 2x, Mekar di Aceh. (Jeumpa Flower blooming in Aceh) Bungong teuleubeh, teuleubeh indah lagoina (not understand, LOL) Puteh kuneng bercampur merah (white yellow mixed with red) And etc. etc..... Hahahaha sorry. I only know 3 local languages from more than 700 languages in Indonesia.

The dancers who performed Ratoh Jaroe dance from Aceh used clothes that had many layers with similar motifs, but different colors. So actually they don't change costumes, but just fold them up. The costumes of the dancers have many layers of different colors on the bottom which can be folded up to form a breastplate. The wearer just folds up, and attaches the tip that is equipped with velcro adhesive, and so he looks wearing a different color costume
