Just like, a cozy, little appartment with trees surrounding it in some rainy town, not a tiny village but not a big, stressful city either, with a huge window in my room with some kind of seat in the windowsill where I can just sit and spend hours reading with this special, dim light that only overcast skies are able to produce while having some tea and listening to the rain

To all of you suffering from a mental illness, You're not alone. I know you probably are searching the comment section for some nice words from strangers, because sometimes the people close don't know what to say. I too am suffering from crippling depression, and sometimes music just fills the hole where your heart is. Remember to hug yourself, and it seems pretty stupid, but trust me. Hugging yourself will make you feel loved, because no matter how much you or other people hate you, You gotta give yourself some love; You deserve it. Nothing I do can heal your heart, but Remember this: I'm a stranger. I love you. There is at least one person now that loves you. Smiling won't heal the pain, but it helps you savor the good things. You can't control your feelings; it's not your fault. 80% of the time, showing love lets you receive it. You deserve that love. There is nothing you can do to change my mind. Make sure your remembering that you deserve this love, so that you don't take your anger out on yourself. Self Harm is never a good alternative. If you are experiencing any of this, make sure to tell an authority figure. It may seem pointless, but hopefully they can get you some help. I love you, remember to stay safe. ❤

To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • A tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. I picture myself in a cozy small apartment when the sun is shining with a big window that shines onto a cozy couch with snuggly blankets and plump pillows the tv of and the smell of sweet hot chocolate is blowing around the room with melting marshmallows bubbling in the mug. My book in my hand as I read it gets super nice and cozy, my cat is next to me as I read and sip my drink, the window is open just a bit but it is a very nice and warm. This music makes me feel so calm I always need this I come back to Lofi anytime im struggling with my mental health and this makes me feel so so much better no matter what I'm just so calm a few minutes ago I was literally crying my eyes out from school and now I feel like I could fall asleep on a cotton candy cloud, lofi to me feels like a calm candy store, a lollipop cart is in the middle of the room and has mostly bright colored lollis, the all taste amazing and a cute little bunny is sitting next to the cart with its own lollis. Idk why I think of these things when I listen to calm gentle music but I love it❤

To everyone who is studying, doing work; 📃Checklist of things: 💦Water - Water helps you hydrate and keep active, it also develops brain function. At least 1liter, to keep you hydrated ✏Materials - Pencil/pen, of course you need this and maybe a device as well (e.g. pc, tablet) ☕(for the grown-ups) Coffee/tea - This can keep you active and keeps you awake during night so it's a good thing and a bad thing :) 🔋Charger - Sometimes, you don't even realize your pc is low battery because your so focused. It's better to keep this attached to your pc in case. 🎧Headphones/earphones - You can focus more, because it disables background sounds. If your studying late in night, you won't wake anyone up :) 🛋Light source - if it's in late night, you need a light source :) 🐕Anything else - Blanket, pillow, or maybe your pet for a study buddy :) Note: Take a break after 1 hour, you'd be super tired from all that. Taking a break helps you regen energy and develops brain function. You can go jog, walk around, or rest. I recommend taking a break for 30 mins to 1 1/2 hours to rest your mind before studying again. Anyways, continue studying, don't get distracted too much, and get enough sleep :) bye!
