Look at what makes for a successful comedy movie, a lot of it is variations on (or just outright repeats of) older jokes but audiences love it. Doesn’t matter how old a joke is, if the delivery is good it’ll be a hit. Did you ever hear the Tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Jester? I thought not, it’s not a story the Jedi would tell you. It's a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis... was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so funny, he could use the Force to influence the midi-chlorians... to recycle... jokes. He had such a knowledge of the dark side, he could even keep the jokes he cared about... from dying.

Don't agree. The one that isn't the donor is in a more fragile spot. Since he's not the biological father. If the child carries his name that could help him if he feels less. Wouldn't the best thing be them trying a balance between what of them they pass to the child?
