Curd (or Yoghurt) Rice is the ultimate comfort food from South India that is a tasty and refreshing meal that's also easy on the stomach. For me, this is a meal that brings back childhood memories as it is a favourite packed lunch for schools. Basmati Rice (or any other white rice like Sona Masuri or Ponni Raw Rice)
1 pot of 1kg yoghurt
Salt to taste
Ginger
Green Chillies
Mustard Seeds (for seasoning)
Whole red Chillies (for seasoning)
Curry Leaves (for seasoning)
