I am suffering from b.p. and at present suffering from accurate gastronomical problems ( ulceration) . Can I do this? Or any other method to get rid of these? Waiting for your reply Sir?

i have added this to my routine since three months..not exactly the way the Guru teaches but only one step that is final or third round..but I dont hold breath as i have had heart attack and have a stent in my heart...but this pose helped me to give up Pantakind tablet which I used to take for gastric generated due to aspirin tablet...Very very good pose...you can do shasankasana after this also...

@@vanajakishore3513 as you are saying it is sometimes...check what food you ate prior to that sensation...as it is not continuous it may be related to food mostly...just keep a record of what you are eating and also how you feel everyday in a dairy....i do this..so that if anything goes little awry i can pinpoint....hope this helps...if it is continuous every day then you have to check with doctors

Hi, I am diagnosed with H.Pylori bacteria infection in my stomach. I took medicine and the infection again comes back after the medicine is over. I am tired of taking medicine. I am starting this pose today. I hope this asana cures my stomach issue. Thank you for the great video.

Hi sir... I am from bgl... After my delivery I had lot of health issues.... I joined in yoga but due to time constrict I am unable to continue... I belive that yoga can cure all... Can you make a video for the following problems asp 1.back pain -due to this I cannot sleep properly, after wake up in the morning I cont even bend my back, it was so rigid. 2.foot pain-morning i can even keep my legs down it's hurts like hell... Bcoz poor blood circulation. 3.tail bone pain-i am unble to sit down.. It hurts if I sit down. Please do combination asans to reduce weight and particular asans to the above problems to do daily... If you do so i will be happeist soul... Thankyou..

Namaskaram Guruji, Excellent and wonderful easy to follow videos on various yoga poses and its uses, I've been diagnosed with 2 cm Hiatal Hernia and have been having issues with it and other side effects associated with it. Will this yoga pose help me in fixing it or do you suggest any other yoga pose for fixing the issue. Please as well suggest a Yoga pose for bringing High Blood Pressure to Normal range. Your advise would be of a great help to me.

Question: Can I still do mandukasana in the morning if my bowels don't move first thing in the morning? How can I get better digestion if I have to wait for the colon to be clean and that sometimes doesn't happen until later in the day. Thank you for your teachings and clarity of these processes. You are truly changing lives. I watch your videos everyday now and am learning more than ever before.

If there is H pylori issue then sir need antibiotics course to cure acidity gastric yoga after antibiotics course is better idea Healthy food no chocolate carbohydrates food your information are very good

Hello, I'm new to your channel and must say the way you explains all the aasana is amazing. It makes the whole process quite easy. I have a few questions though. As you have mentioned, the first step of this aasana need to be done 7 times. Similarly, can you please specify how many times the second and third steps need to be done? Thank you in advance!

Really a great technique specially for beginners. One question, many video say do it or be it that down pose for at least 3-5 mint. But if u stop breath then how we can do it for 5 mint🤔
