bruno you can drain that preserved lemons and freeze them to avoid becoming too mushy if they stay longer in their salty water

Looks delicious and I am really thinking preparing the rolls for the next movie evening I am invited to. Just a short question - is it possible to substitute the lemon confit with something - lemon juice and zest for instance - as I don't believe that I will find lemon confit in the small village I live in. Thanks

Allexander DM chef John uploads once in who knows when, and he has more views... the difference is that he makes simple food with a gourmet twist, and this is gourmet food made easy. without mentioning that VOICE... that voice alone deserves at leas 250k views.

This don't looks as gravad laks. I am scandinavian (danish) and I know what I'm talking about. Gravad laks was invented by us an the swedes in the viking age. Gravad is the same word as grave in english ..
