LSO is one of the best overlanding shows out there. I love you content and how you and the fam interact with the camera. This show is on part with some of the high cost production shows like Australias off road 24/7. Please keep up the amazing work, and outstanding cinematography. This show deserves awards.
@@LifestyleOverland Better than 4WD 24-7. The banter gets too much so I enjoy Lifestyle Overland and SixOverland and Trail Recon. I also love the American wilderness and diversity of terrain types. We have great beach 4wding here in Australia though.
I was in Alaska in Sept 08. It was three weeks in when we did a glacier cruise. For two hours it was sunny, the captain said that was the first sun all month.
I moved out of Alaska in Nov 2017. Watching your Alaskan adventures made me miss AK more than ever. So much so that I just purchased 5 acres in Talkeetna and now planning my return in the future!
Love that you're back traveling the north again....and oh WOW are you doing a great job! So glad Covid didn't kick too hard when it got you guys. Safe travels.
Had to switch to listen only during the premier to drive and my kiddo was wondering what outdoor ASMR I was listening to LOL! Finally was able to view this episode, love the adventure and looking forward to the continuation!
Just found your channel, the wife and I are considering doing the overland “thing”. I just purchased a Gladiator so we’ll give it the winter to see if that is the direction we take. We don’t live to far from where this video was shot. We live between North Pole and Fairbanks off of Nordale Rd. Not sure if you’re familiar with that road but it connects Badger Rd to Chena Hot Springs Rd. Otherwise based off the two videos we’ve watched you guys do make great content. I just subscribed, enjoy our beautiful state of Alaska! Godspeed my friends, be well, and most of all safe travels.
I have a 6 year difference between my oldest and my youngest. It's actually pretty great. I'm sure you guys have a path and a plan. Let me just encourage you to prioritize more kids over youtube, career, fiances, travel...ect. By saying this, I also realize that it is a deeply personal issue not for the eyes of the interwebs and one you can only make for yourself. Our path has been filled with loss and blessings. Both super highs and super lows. We almost didn't have our 3rd...but that little kid is one heck of a blessing to our family. I see many days of adventure with him if I'm given more days on this earth. -God bless
Isn't that true. Sometimes you drive right until the edge of dark trying to get that camp site. But sometimes you hit a massive homerun. Good job Kevin, I know how it goes. Safe travels.
Hay, I have a question for you. I would be interested in how heavy your Tacoma is with the camping equipment. I have bought here in Germany also one , but come with the permissible total weight far from it . Best thanks in advance and continue such great nature videos
Thank you for sharing your beautiful journey with us. Be safe and be well. Our sincerest regard to your beautiful wife and beautiful daughter from New York. When you are coming to real jungle. NYC.
I have small question for you.. it's some what general thing.... why guise all Americans love coffee ? there is good alternative Tea and it's healthy !
Does it worry you that there is no winch on that ride? And are you considering what your going to do when your side kick gets too old to be so cute?? (Carolyn that is, maybe a puppy??)
EGG MUFFINS I saw your recent episode where you decided to use freeze dried food and were not pleased with the egg bites. I make egg muffins. 6-8 eggs beaten with a splash of milk/halfnhalf and S&P. 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1 10 Oz bag frozen pepper&onion straps sautéed in 1-2 tablespoons bacon fat. 1-2 cups shredded cheese. Spray muffin pan that makes 12 muffins. Divide crumbled bacon evenly in pan. Spread peppers&onion evenly on top of bacon add 1-2 tablespoons shredded cheese and then pour egg mixture to fill all 12 muffins. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over top. Bake 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees. These are delicious and can be frozen or will keep at least a week in the fridge. I put them in a zioloc bag. They hold up very well. They heat up fast and taste great. Hope your give them a try.😊
Yes it’s intentional. Improves traction and ride quality on rough surfaces. It also helps avoid punctures by allowing the tire to conform around rocks.
