I brought this same one.. I must have gotten a bad one. It was thin and it didn't have the same volume. It tangles badly after a month if washed.

I bought 3 of them because of this review. i got the 12 and 14 inch and to my dissapointmet they were all the exact same size and tey were not this full. was very dissapointed of the quality of this ponytail. I got in touch with them but they claim they cant see my pictures so i feel cheated i paid for two 14 inches but they sent 12.

I bought one for my mom and it was the same quality as mine I hate that yours turned out that way. I try to only do videos of hair I honestly believe it will be the same for those who purchase and those who get them to make videos. My first set of clip ins and hair from them I bought and was happy with the quality. That’s the main reason I kept reviewing them. That really sucks

@@AshTakeOff I love your videos and I really think its a honest mistake in the length but I tried to send pictures they ask for but they keep saying they cant see them and I dont understand that,. I was getting the 14inch for my daughter and a friend but its too short for them the 12 was perfect for me. I just wanted them to correct the 14s. Thanks for your honest review.
