It is, and it makes me laugh when the go on about O'Brien winning the Beresford Stakes Stakes for the 10th year running, it's a Race that is run in the same week as the Royal Lodge stakes and English trainers don't even bother entering a horse in the race.
@@robertomeara3469 They are, otherwise he would win everything every year, just the fact that there aren't as many owner breeders these days, O'Brien is just a lucky trainer.
@@nightowl7459 hes won the royal lodge 7 times only sir noel Murless has more he has 8 derby winners 10 2000 guineas winners hes been English champion trainer 5 times hes the greatest of all time
@@robertdelacy3434 yep, usual running at least four in most classics and usually in the best bred horses in the field does help, how many times has one of his Derby winners won a race afterwards? He's a decent trainer but he's helped and controlled, when you mention Murless he seldom ran more than one in a race and there was better competition in those days.
