Hello everyone! Today I'm going through all of my currently inked fountain pens. Hopefully the next one will be a bit shorter!

Handwriting is uniquely personal to all of us. Don’t worry about what yours looks like just embrace it as yours! I think mine is a mess as well but have had people comment on how nice it looks. I should challenge them to actually read it!!! Handwriting is not Calligraphy where it is expected to be ornate, it’s our own like our voice or our fingerprints. Thank you for your videos.

Thank you so much, this is such a sweet comment. I'm personally okay with my handwriting, but I feel that there's an expectation in parts of the fountain pen community that you should have nice handwriting if you're using a fountain pen. I've seen memes and posts of that nature on the fountain pen subreddit. I don't take it too much to heart, but I wanted to preempt any judgments in that respect. Thanks for watching! ❤️

So many beautiful BENUs 💛🧡❤💜💙💚I have really fallen in love with their over-the-top aesthetic even though I consider myself generally more of a subtle neutral color palette lover 😂. Thanks for sharing your lineup, some of those inks were lovely new finds to me :)

I'm a "the brighter, the better" person so Benu is very overrepresented in my collection. 😂 No one does it quite like them! I love their theming too. Glad that you were able to make some discoveries! :) ❤

Not gonna lie, I was holding out until the very last ten pens with bated breath, hoping that there would be more Pilots, and I wasn’t disappointed. 😂 You have a very nice collection of pens, especially those Benus. I tend to write more finely, so I’m biased more toward Japanese pens (I love the Lamy Safari, Al Star and 2000, though). I also like to complement my pens with ink colors, so I tend to stick with more monochromatic pens, aside from my one too many blue pens, and my beautiful burgundy Pilot Elite. On a side note, I have concluded that aside from trains and anime/manga, fountain pens might be, per capita, the neurospiciest of neurospicy hobbyist communities.

First I want to say your handwriting is just fine so no worries, and just be yourself... You are in good company and I think your personality is great. ☺24 pens... Girl! Ink up as many pens as your heart desires... lol Great pens and ink. Benu's are some of my FAVORITE pens. Looking forward to more videos from you. You cracked me up with the story of the purchase of Rose Tea...Monkey brain..hehe I literally just ordered it when it came back in stock and felt I had no control in the matter... I am so excited for when it gets here. I really enjoyed the whole video and am glad you decided to take the plunge.

Thank you so much, I appreciate that! Lol I always have tons of pens inked up and tell myself I'll get it down to a manageable amount, but it never quite turns out that way. It wouldn't be such an issue if some of them didn't dry out before I have the chance to write with them much, haha. I hope you enjoy the Rose Tea as much as I have! Every Euphoria that I've acquired has been a big winner for me. I had been thinking about picking up Goldspot's Pink Champagne, but I much prefer the tone and brightness of Rose Tea. Some pens come along where the spirit of reason and sense exits my body and I run off of pure instinct. 😂 That means so much to me! Thanks for watching. ❤️

Thanks so much! Yes, I think pronouncing names properly is so important! We should all try to be culturally conscious especially when we access to so many resources to help us learn how to pronounce words in other languages. I may not be great at it, but I do want to make the effort!

Benu is my vice because I'm a total magpie, the more bombastic and sparkly, the better. 😂 I remember refreshing the page on Gourmet Pens' store a million times so I wouldn't miss it! One of my prized possessions for sure.

I highly recommend Pelikan pens, gotta say they are my favorites! Also the Lamy 2000.. I own a vintage (M) and a new one and the new one has an OBB nib, which I wonder if you may love? Oh and long videos? Lots of pens, looooove it!

I definitely want to give them a spin! I'd really like to try the M1000 nib, I've heard it's super soft and writes wet, which is right up my alley. I might go for an M200 to spare my wallet for now. usually write in cursive (not in my videos for legibility purposes lol) so an OBB nib sounds awesome. If I ever get another one, that's what I might try. Thanks so much!! I have lots of other pens to showcase in the future. :)

PenBBS Pallas Rosefinch is such a banger and perfect for that Safari. I'm kind of glad that it's hard to find because otherwise I'd be so tempted to get it!

Hi! We have pretty much the same taste in pens, which is very cool! I also enjoy Benus, Kawecos and the Lamy 2000. I also don’t match inks and pens, I rather complement them with other colors. Your handwriting is absolutely fine, nothing to be conscientious about imho. Thank you for sharing and joining the fountain pen community! I left a sub. I found a bottle of Pallas Rosefinch if you‘re interested.

Thank you, I appreciate that! One thing I love about fountain pen folks is that everyone's collection is so unique and reflective of their personalities and tastes. I definitely don't like being limited by a pen's color palette when it comes to choosing ink--life's too short! I'm interested to hear where you found Pallas Rosefinch, my googling skills appear to have failed me 👀

Congratulations on beating dysgraphia! I wonder if you embraced the world of nice pens as a means to handle that challenge? I had , at least, bad hand-writing as a child up til being a young professional. To compensate for it, I took up writing with fountain pens and practising calligraphy on my own. I like the look of your grip on the pen. Your fingers look like you’re in control and relaxed.

Thank you! I really appreciate that. :) When I was a kid, I loved all kinds of pens despite barely being able to hold them, lol. I tried calligraphy when I was younger, but I never got the hang of it. I'm trying to accept my handwriting for what it is now.

I'm so glad all the Benu appreciators have flocked here. 😂 One day I'll be brave enough to put my shimmer inks in my Custom 823 or something like that lol. I appreciate your understanding! @@pseudoluxury Well, I love & appreciate your honesty and openness! I wish it had been discussed more when my son was younger and diagnosed with Aspergers. The Dysgraphia became apparent later. I don't know if I'll ever be brave enough for shimmers in my 823! 😂 It's my desert island/ zombie apocalypse pen so I've got to keep it in good form! 😂🤣 Cheers Tara!

P.S. 🎉 Managed to pick up True Unicorn today! 🙌🏼 I was so bummed when it sold out last year and resigned myself to not getting it but they're in stock again and it's got a sibling now: Dark Unicorn!!!

@@pseudoluxury Well, I'll be crossing my fingers. I'm sure she'll have them! Timing. I'm telling you, if not because I'm literally days - not even a week - out of surgery and recovering (which may also explain my reduced fiscal prudence 🤣), I likely wouldn't have known! I'm usually working 60-hour-weeks and can barely catch a 30-inks video. You would've seen some random comment from me 6 months after you posted your first video! Late to the party! 😂
