Jill Hornby wrote Miss Austen. She was a guest speaker in our Jane Austen Society book club. It is a wonderful book about Cassandra as she helps old friends move. She has an ulterior motive to destroy Janes letters. The story goes back and forth in time. I do want to read Godmersham Park. I've just found a box of Jane fan fiction and non fiction about Jane in my garage. I was excited because I want to read these. Some I even bought twice. These will be good for trade in the used hook store.
I planning to read Miss Austen at some point, maybe next year. That's so cool that Hornby was a guest speaker! I would have loved to hear what she had to say.
