@@nono5638 it’s backtracked but he’s also not lip syncing you can hear his live voice come in sometimes but he’s just trying to match it and obviously the back track helps
It's been a few Currents live video I see, and even if they are one of my favorite bands I have this impression that they backtrack the clean vocals on the chorus.

Holy hell they sound incredible live. Top of my list of bands I have to see. By far my new favorite band of 2022. Just don't know how it took me so long to discover this band.
Chris was definitely with Currents on this tour. I caught one of his “CW” picks. Shadow of Intent is coming to this same venue with Enterprise Earth next month and I’ll try to catch that show too. I’d be curious to see if Chris is with them.
Chris will most likely be touring with Currents until the SOI tour begins, and he'll switch to SOI The SOI tour is headlining, and a tour for their new album, plus in SOI Chris is the sole guitarist I'm bummed because I was meant to be seeing Currents in Toronto, but my trip was cancelled so now I'm seeing them when they come to Australia but Chris won't be there 😢
They're using playback for the harmonies but he's definitely singing the main chorus melody - you can tell he's straining on a few lines like when he sings "we've become what we have made" for the first time for example (1:20)
