Curry 8 cushion was much better for some reason than what the 9 had even though it's both flow .

If you're having trouble with cushioning at that height and weight, there's something substantially wrong or misfunctioning in your body chain. This is not a diss or anything, you just have to understand that the more cushioned a shoe is, the more prone you are to actually walk incorrect and put more stress on your ligaments & tendons. Think about why in the 90s with rock bottom shoes basketballs most common injury was rolling an ankle. It was crazy rare that someone tore his ACLs, patella or achilles back in the day. This is mainly due to too much pillow walk where your muscles misfunction and dont know where in space you are while moving, jumping, landing. Talk to physios about this cause without knowing you I'd estimate you have hip, knee or ankle issues. Or some sort of chronic ligament inflammation that ultimately leads to strains & tears. A lot of cushion is okay for a 2 meter giant with tons of weight. For him that shoe feels totally different than for you. For a guard of your size (normally) court feel is all you want and need, because your jumps and landings have way less impact. But as said, there's something off in the chain, which is why you'll demand softer and softer shoes. Whatever, comment getting too long and scientific

Hey, have you ever switched out curry 10 midsoles? If so, any recommendations? I’ve had a pair for about five months and I’m tearing through the midsole (but the rest of the shoe is holding up great).. I’d love to prolong their life and also keep my feet and legs healthy (with as much as I play). Thanks!!

What court floor do you plan on? Because I'm slipping like crazy in these on linoleum court!

@@Th3Machine24 linoleum is an interesting surface to play on so I could see these being a little slick on those. My experience has been a really hard bite on clean wood floors and a lot of sliding on dusty

I like to Move it Move it! 🗣️… so if the traction is like that this is what I NEED!

Try some Chinese brands like Lining(Way of Wade especially) & maybe Anta. There are shoes are built for outdoor courts, but still try finding a model that suits your outdoor needs and budget.

Its not recommended on outside courts. You're better off with xdr outsoles.

The running shoes have a black version of flow foam now so hopefully curry will have it soon too.
