Curry duck is my absolutely my favorite dish I just started using that Maggi seasoning and their coconut milk powder it's richer than the rest that use and that is no lie. can have some for lunch .
Honestly we always leave the meat to fry a little in the curry before adding water so it wasn’t burning also was not bitter at all But thanks for your feedback
This is my fav dish , I like it with roti, ( buss up shut or aloo roti) Iam not a dhalpaurie lover, this looking so delicious 🤤, I need a bib, alyuh Len meh one nah lol
