Enjoyed the video ,Roger 😋👍😊. You have well organized kitchen space. I miss cooking on the stove with natural gas 🔥. I also often use J. Oliver tips and tricks for cooking home made meals ....good stuff 👍😊 Always 🙋♀️ rinse all the containers before putting into ♻️ recycle bin ✅.
This is the 1st house I've had a gas hob to cook on. I much prefer it as the heat is instant and very adjustable. I hope the new neighbours are into recycling. The old people just put everything in one bin liner and put that in whichever dustbin had the least in so no attempt at recycling. While that was going on, there was little point in me doing any.
What a nice kitchen layout. Has ample counter space and a nice window view over the sink. Love how you tucked in some orchids on that shelf! And everything is so organized and tidy. I'm inspired to get my kitchen better organized now :) And what was that classical piece? How many YT channels expose folks to good classical music like this? Thanks for sharing your meal prep with us.
7:53 Perfect music for the fast forwarded part. 😀 Dendrobiums remind of India but I can't think of any particular one. I used to live in Japan where curry is pretty popular. The ingredients are usually potato, onion, and carrot.
Fun to watch you cook. I like to make lamb curry with first a white sauce (for this recipe, butter, flour y broth) and then some excellent curry powder and onions. Chunks of leftover roast leg of lamb. Then in individual bowls: raisins, coconut, Major Grey's Chutney, chopped nuts y chopped green onions. But I haven't made it in awhile so that's next once I get my spaghetti sauce made and, like yours, put into the freezer. I even bought some Pyrex glass storage containers that go into the freezer. Thank you for inspiring me😇❤
