You guys remember that one time we gave the Master Chief some Spiked Space Acid and he just keept shooting his weapons on that Halo he later blew up ? Good times
the AR2 reload is genius because if the mechanism is internal, it really would just be chambering another "round" of whatever the fuck it is, and all you'd need to do is make sure the bolt racks fully
@@noclick they exist for sure ive got them a couple of times in a playthrough but as we both know its random so cant rely on getting anything, also the quad laser is just dropped by grunts that use it.
Also the explosive too gun that spawns TNT and the ignite tool gun that spawns fire. Groups of tool gun grunts in the campaign usually have one of each of these in their squads.
@@thebobinator4234 Wait that one had a bottomless magazine? Damn, I thought the game was trolling me by giving me a blunderbuss with a single shell in it
Fyi, the crash tool gun isn't very bad, It's just around 2 minutes of constant dud tool gun shots that continue to multiply, my GPU can handle it, I can't barely run some games.
Apparently master cheifs original design was inspired by a Gundam. I just learned it yesterday. There was a Gundam designed in the 80s that had a code name spartan, that was green and bears resemblance. The original concept art for cheifs even looks similar
1:30 AR2 I get it! I understand it! Do you know the AR from Gmod and Half-Life 2 where the hold down the trigger and launch the hardlight orb that disintegrates your enemies!!!
Seriously, this is some of the most chaotic good gunplay ideas I've seen. Definitely some great concepts in there. I'm playing Borderlands 3 right now and damn, some of this would fit right in
NES Zapper in the right hands is probably the deadliest weapon in the mod. It does like no damage if it isn’t a headshot, but if it is, I’m pretty sure it’s instant death. Given the rate of fire and range compared to other one hit weapons, and long as you’re great at landing headshots, that can get you out of some tight spots. Too bad ammo is hard to come by for it. The Crash tool gun is actually relatively safe to use in open spaces. The thing that makes it unsafe otherwise is that the projectile it fires doesn’t dissipate so easily. On contact with anything it bounces off after dealing damage, and it speeds up with each collision to the point where the game can’t keep up and forces a crash. In an open space, there’s fewer surfaces for the projectile to bounce off of and a good chance that it’ll fly off into the wild blue yonder never to be seen again. Pain Tool Gun creates a hurtbox wherever it lands. Anything that lingers within the box will take damage which is why Chief died at the end with his dropped D20s cooking in that hurtbox as a result (thus the SA Knuckles “Oh no!”).
the box toolgun is actually unironically a pretty cool weapon idea because of how it lets you quickly make cover to hide behind or platforms to jump on
Not all of these work in full multiplayer, and even in co-op the suit upgrades are disabled even if everything else is intact. (Though the upside-down magnum is even MORE cursed in co-op because it inverts the controls of both players if one has it out) However, we recently did get a full multiplayer update (plus a survival challenge for single player/co-op), and that has a bunch of things unique to it. (D20s deal random damage instead of having random effects, the salt rifle can no longer SUCC randomly, with the latter becoming a toolgun that guarantees the effect, stuff like that). Even the Warthog variants seen on The Maw show up in some of the cursed maps... complete with one outright *designed* for the upside-down one by flipping the map upside down, with adjustments for it to still be playable outside of that particular vehicle.
I really thought the long Magnum could take a long time to reload look like a 4 ft long magazine feeding it in further and further like one of those animation videos
