Went through the replay. 16:15 Antonio threw his green shell in front of him right after Doto narrowly avoided it. Doto was still playing item slots. Doto is confirmed innocent.

0:16 - "Most threatening Miis" - Proceeds to show the most adorable looking Mii. The 1048 jokes were great; in fact, all the Mii commentary was absolutely hilarious. Sometimes it proves equally as entertaining as the races themselves and that's a high bar considering moments such 10:13. By the way, props to whoever does the thumbnails. They are wonderful drawings and are delivered ever so quickly.
