Good words shared with us. Blind is disposable if damaged maintenance is too much but curtain is easy to use and washable and creat own effects as per room design colors.
Yes its more office looking good coz its under company organisation who has to maintain it. Yes cleaning big curtains is easy in washing machine and can easily change, can even put most expensive weddings dress quality curtain with heaviest hand work possible. Its Easy to self change . Those mechanical ones need yo have professional to clean.

After seeing this video, I think I will stick with curtains only. Blinds are too cumbersome in my opinion and give drab office type feeling. With curtains, there is no need to pull any strings, just a simple pull or swipe is good enough. Sometimes old is gold and curtains have stood the test of time.
I think no. If it's a house I will recommend curtains here as vertical blinds are a bit difficult to maintain and Venetian will be good if you go for wood Venetian.

Yes offcourse,but Blinds or also washable,you can clean with damp cloth, only roller blind is easy to operate, vertical is not recommended for residential use, wooden blinds can be easily cleaned.

@@InteriorDost yes! Which would be rain and dust resistant and can be used as both privacy purpose and ventilation. Is there any blind as such? I checked bamboo blinds but i am not sure if they are water resistant.
