Yesterday we took last week’s workout to the curve. We did 2 sets of 4 reps over five hurdles on the curve, 8-stepping to the first hurdles and 7-stepping between all the rest. We finished with two speed reps over the first two hurdles of the 400h race, taking 22 strides to the first hurdle and 15 to the second.
