Quick & Easy Custard Cake Recipe - Perfect Instant Dessert with Store-Bought Cake & Nuts
Title: Quick and Easy Custard Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
6 cups of milk
6 level tablespoons of custard powder
6 to 7 tablespoons of sugar
Store-bought tea cake
Nuts (as desired)
Recipe:
In a saucepan, boil 5 cups of milk with 6 tablespoons of sugar for 2 to 3 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix 6 tablespoons of custard powder with 1 cup of cold milk until smooth.
Add the custard mixture to the boiling milk and stir constantly. Allow to boil for one minute.
Layer the store-bought tea cake slices in a serving bowl and pour milk over them.
Pour the custard mixture onto the cake and garnish with nuts and crumbled cake.
Chill the cake in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
