Custom “Metallica” Drum kit (Alesis Strike pro se) 

For everyone asking, I will likely make a video on the kit settings in the future… For now, I will just say that the snare sound (which I’m assuming is the main thing people are looking for) is the snare from the “Sandy Man” kit (kit 129 in module) with some reverb added. Everything else is just a random assortment of sounds from the “Power Station” series of kits with a few exceptions. Thanks again for watching and have a great day! 🤘

There is a snare name on the Strike module called Lars and it's perfect.

you nailed that snare sound! i have an alesis nitro and a roland td4... pretty much impossible to get lars's high hat sound on an electronic kit. lars has his hats closed but swinging is the best way to describe it? back when i had an acoustic kit with real high hats i was able to copy the sound tho!

Very nice! Question… How can you get the cymbals to choke? When I hold or press them after hitting them, the cymbals don’t choke.

Love the sound of the kit. Did you do anything to improve the response time for cymbal chokes? Yours cut the sound immediately but when I choke my cymbals there is a delay. Do you have any tips or insight on how to improve the response? Really dig the videos🤙
