I bought a 72 cal gen 2 about 6 months ago and a couple weeks ago I had a deer in my cross hairs and when I tried to take the safety off the gun fired and the deer ran off . I thought maybe I somehow pulled the trigger but Friday I took it out to practice shoot and the exact same thing happened. Have you heard of anyone else having this problem?
On the Challenger's, if the barrel/bottle/picatinny rail clamp that holds the trigger and safety systems are not adjusted correctly then it will do as yours did. The stock needs to be removed and that clamping system needs adjusted into the correct location so the safety and trigger work correctly.
Take the stock off and reinstall it , I’ve heard that if the stock isn’t perfectly positioned that it can cause several different issues including cracking the stock and other problems.
I sure like the new look Suprising how loud an *air* rifle can get without any "explosion" This thing is putting out decent power! _[__8:10__ hahaha!]_
3700-3800 is where my .72 cal 24” barrel performs the best and is extremely accurate at that pressure, anything higher the slug starts dropping and poi is off to the left
That looks awesome will the 600cc tank still fit would love to c how it looks or is it longer than the barrel and if thats the case can u add a muzzle break on the barrel and than screw The 600cc tank on under it sorry got alot 2 ask would love to see a picture and the custom stock u did have u thought about starting your own custom shop for my benjamin bulldog theres a company pitbull that modifies them
I might see how that looks later on.. I'm getting this ready for deer season coming up..I just like leaning how to do new things with these guns... pitbull does great work ..
@@MichiganAirgunner well you said 881 fps. You just got the numbers mixed up and said 818 because when you first showed us from your phone it said 881 I think we went with the heavier grain thank you I got the number mixed up. I was thinking to myself he got the numbers mixed up the first time as well with the 881 not a big deal. I was just pointing it out. I do that a lot as well at my job, we have to read certain numbers, and I end up reading them a different way and I had to correct myself. Lol
