Custom 58mm Custom SAK with Micarta Scales

To test these new scales from Taschenmesser Mad on Etsy, I decided to make a custom 58mm Swiss army knife to add to my keychain. I already EDC a full size pocket knife so went with a bladeless design for this and opted instead for two small screwdrivers and package opener (orange peeler).
For a first attempt, things went surprisingly smooth - helped in large part by my brand new SAK assembly jig (video out now). I hope this guide provides some help to those considering modding for the first time.
