Thank you for this information! I have a Wix website, I just use accuity for my scheduling. Would I have to have the accuity website in order to customize my layout? Thank you so much love! As for your text reminder setting I recommend checking the plan you have with acuity and also checking your settings to make sure a email at the time of booking is required … if that doesn’t work I would call they’ll walk you though just about anything

Edit the photo on a converter app that’ll change the size and format of the file! Edit your files and convert it to a png so you can use them and be sure to adjust the size before saving it…

This did not work for me. I have 4 pages. I keep getting a message that says “failed to upload. Only images that are JPG, PNG or GIF less than 1.5mb can be added”. I’ve saved as png and svg. Is it because it saves as an compressed file?

Hi ! I haven’t done a full tutorial on that yet …but make the appointment type and then if you want drop downs create the “add on” options and when done select which appointments you want the add ons to pop up under when selected

Basically whenever I go to view the finishing site, it’s only showing my templates & the duration and prices for appointments but it doesn’t show the appointment names. But I’m not editing on my computer, that could be why so I’m gonna try that and see if that works

⁠yes no problem…try it on the desktop also make sure that you have the appointment settings set to display appointments name time etc. …just let me know if you still need help . Dm me so u can send me a picture of what u see so I can guide you better

Where can I go to have my clients receive confirmation through text message … right now they are only getting email & a lot of people don’t check there email . I have a reminder set up for 3 hours before there appointment- but I need them to get a text once they book 😊

Click on the clients appointment on the calendar, once you’re in click edit appointment and there will be a check box for SMS opt in, with your clients permission agree to have them receive the text notifications as well as email.

Hey ! Once you enter Canva on the app/phone there’s a plus icon on the bottom center of your screen… click that for custom size option and you can type in the size you want and it’ll bring you to a white page screen with the page dimensions you entered..you can also adjust the size if needed later on
