Hi My name is Jay Wilson and I am an avid African cichlid keeper and owner of NorthFinUSA. I love Keeping Fish and educating folks on how to keep a crystal clear aquariums along with helping Fish keepers get started in the fish hobby. There are litterally HUNDREDS of comments online regarding tanks shipped by petsmart and petco where customers tanks are just all broken when they are delivered to their home….🤨id love to work at custom aquariums! I live in Michigan so I could take the cross lake ferry every day to get there….in the summer anyway….🙄😡😁😁😁

Never been a fan of their modular sumps. You can’t see in them and there’s too much opportunity for leaks when it’s not all one piece like traditional sumps.

I have just priced one, I think the price is reasonable for what you are getting, but the shipping is ⅔ the price of the tank. I totally understand by looking at how they pack them. I just need to get over it and order one, they are awesome! Thanks for the video.

Jay: with all due respect. I thought someone finally was gonna do an honest video about these crooks. I can see it was just clickbait: Custom AQ is staggeringly overpriced and has the worst customer service. The gadgets that they put on the AQ do not work long term. The overflow clogs constantly leading to flooding. The returns are very fragile, The assembly is done fast and inaccurate. What did they give you for the video? That's the only way people in the industry support these guys.

Well Barbara they gave me nothing .... sooooo that claim is in valid. Their production time is not fast actually it’s quite slow. As far as customer service I was in the room on a few calls and it was pretty solid. I’m sorry you feel that way.
