Sharing techniques to customize current action figures by painting or sculpting what is needed. Producing a figure the is either improved or just creating one from parts of other figures.
An update to a past video, now with rechargeable battery and flex LED for better light output.
You need to remove the harness and shirt straps to open the back cavity to install the components.
Drill into the shoulder cavity then into the shoulder just next to the peg.... through to the forearm peg... at the elbow drill at an angel to the top of the forearm just under the control cover. Drill the cover for the LED flex filament.
Drill the back of the head to feed the flex filament --- Drill the two small tanks all the way through to feed on the left and right - the right will have the negative wires
The harness on the arm needs to be drill to feed the flex filament
Pre solder the rechargeable board with battery and out terminals before installing.
You can use quick connects from evandesigns to secure the touch switch.
Paint the skin tone desired - Use double stick foam tape to secure the board to inside of the shirt and the battery to inside post
test all your connections before fully Assembling.
A resistor is key to tone down the voltage on the battery - this will bring down the brightness and extend the life of the LED.

You can locate the touch wire anywhere you wish so long as it not impairing the articulation.
