@synergyupfit Nice Job does this OTR cargo van expedited unit have the webasto heater AC unit so I don't have to idle my van when I sleep iin that comfortable sleeper what is the name of your customers fleet carrier that you build these for ?
@synergyupfit So a USDOT MC number is needed to operate this vehicle along with weight scale so you increase the cab space that will allow more pallets and weight did you customize the suspension to handle weight that exceeds 10360 GVWR ?
we build those for many-many different clients, mostly individuals. Yes, we offer autonomous A/C and Parking Heater options added. You can include it or skip - it's upto every single client
I am not sure where this comes from, but this particular vehicle was produced as 9950# GVW and we certified it with the same weight. Adding sleeper or the box has nothing to do with the GVW
Nice Job, Could you do the same sleeper and box for GMC SAVANA chassis, or S[rinter and fit to 10000lb? I am looking for chassis now and looking for options which could be better Thank you.
I am not sure I understand what you are trying to accomplish, but for better assistance please contact our sales office by phone or email and they will be able to help you with answers to any questions)
we do not just add liftgate, it's a custom box that needs to be ordered with lift gate. it's a custom order, so please contact our sales office to discuss.
payload is calculated separately for each individual truck by deducting the weight of the truck along with the driver, full tank of fuel and all driver's belonging loaded into the truck from its GVW which is 9950#. It usually varies around 3500#
@@synergyupfit The simple question I asked was about the larger box that is capable of transporting more pallets which would increase the weight in most instances about how much more weight increase would more pallets add , your thumbnail shows capable of hauling more pallets.
again, for questions related to prices and technical specs you need to contact our sales office, because I am a marketing specialist and can't help with those answers. Thanks for understanding
@@stephensouza7119 They are not selling trucks. They just rebuild trucks adding sleepers. You have to bring your own truck that you would like to install sleeper. So, GWR is equal to GWR of your truck
Ford makes trucks with different GVW and we work with everything you bring us, but the majority of the trucks we work on are 9950# (if we are talking about Transits)
as stated in the description of the video, please feel free to contact our office by phone or email if you want to get a quote and learn more. Thank you)
it depends on numerous of factors such as setup of the truck, engine type and size, weight of extra options, weight of the freight hauling, having or not having extra side wings and spoiler, going against the wind or not, your driving style, etc.. If you ask me for "the average temperature in a hospital" then I would say around 11-12 MPG
@@synergyupfit So you customize the cab to be much larger that will hold more pallets will the weight exceed 10360GVWR and did you customize the suspension to handle the extra pallets weight?
you'll never know until you contact our office to discuss details and options in order to get an exact quote, but just to clarify - this truck is NOT for sale, and we do no sell any trucks at all, we only build/modify them
if you are talking about the total cost of the truck, then it's probably much more than this, but if you are talking about the cost of our work I think ultimately the most equipped truck we build could build would be under 40k
thanks for watching the video. Please contact our office if you are looking for a job. We would be happy to hire you as a teacher to improve grammar, vocabulary & pronunciation skills of our employees
