Blueprints and design plans get converted into 2020 Design files by our team. We next provide our clients with a comprehensive 3D rendering of the design, producing an accurate visual of the proposed space. Furthermore, our team ensures the design plans adhere to ADA all local and federal requirements.
Moving onto the production phase, from cutting and drilling to assembly, our skillful cabinet makers, coupled with highly efficient machinery, can safely manufacture cabinets to keep your projects on track without any delays.

Custom Cabinets - Process Overview:
1. Client’s layout & designs are received by our sales and sent to operations.
Design services are offered if needed
2. Machine operators upload designs into the CNC Machine (Centateq N-300), where cutting and shaping takes place.
3. Output is sent to the edge banding machine (Edgeteq S-380) for optimal sealing and protection against water damage.
4. Using the drilling & dowel inserting machine (Drillteq D-500), holes are drilled precisely for dowel insertion.
5. A final analysis is done by lasers to ensure all cabinets meet the required build and assembly specifications.
6. Cupboards are machine-cut to fit precisely with the cabinets.
7. All materials are packaged and ready for the client.
