Shalom! I'd like to remodel both the kitchen and Master bedroom closet. Do you do kitchens, too? I'm wanting all drawers on the bottom (except for the corners - I can buy the unit for those). Is that a possibility?

It's easy to pitch a dream, but let's talk reality. None of the closet guys are rolling in riches! I don't believe he's really accounting for labor costs, which are a major factor. This DIY solution is not the cost-saver it appears. New homeowners have plenty on their plate already without adding this headache. And let's not forget, this concept isn't exactly revolutionary; DIY options are already available online. Keep it real!

This "idea" isn't a theory. It's a reality. People are doing it and saving thousands and thousands. Custom closet companies are buying also :) They aren't rolling in riches, but they have overhead (marketing, rent, vehicles, software, admin, etc) and on top of that they make a living. This gives the everyday person the ability to do the part the custom closet company does and cut out all the overhead and the profit. As for the current available DIY solutions, they are more expensive AND you can't do full custom. You're limited to certain parameters.
