You have to do a Raid Quest. Getting these Keys are not easy. It's R&G but keep trying

I mean base form plays EXACTLY like Goku and Rose has a different fighting style. So to answer your question, no it's not.

@@stanmarsh7038 Hit Awoken is not unlocked by Custom Keys. You have to unlock him by wishing from Shenron. After summoning him, select "I want more usable characters" and you unlock him. After that, go to the World Tournament entrance
